Change Prime Minister’s Questions to Prime Minister’s Answers.
Make PMQ’S more responsible to answer pertinent questions. It has been allowed to develop into a somewhat comedic event.
The Prime Minister or their representative deliberately ignore answering questions from the elected members of parliament with either waffle or a prepared Government statement. The speaker should be allowed to intervene and insist that a pertinent answer always be given.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament as a whole aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Order in the Commons is the responsibility of the Speaker personally, and the Prime Minister is responsible for answers to questions.
