Create mobile phone picture alert scheme for missing children

Petition Details

We think if a child goes missing locally, everyone's phones should alert them with a picture of the child and contact details for the authorities in case the child is seen with an abductor.

Additional Information

We believe it is a great tool for preventing children going missing and the technology to enable this is easily available.
