Enforce checks on people before allowing them to have animals.
Do background checks on people before they are allowed to have animals as pets. Stop animal abuse!
Enforce background checks before people are allowed to buy animals. Too many animals are being abused and caused harm by their owners. This is unfair and inhumane. Animals should have more rights. It’s disgusting what they have to suffer from people who own them; people who they trust!! Why should they be treated differently to a child? They don’t get a say where they go or what happens them. More needs to be done to stop pain, hurt, harm and sadness!
