Petition Action

Teach all school children CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)

Additional Information

There are around 124,000 heart attacks in the UK each year (Heart Research Institute UK).

Teaching basic CPR to secondary school pupils could mean the difference between life and death for someone.

Heart attacks can kill anyone regardless of age, race or gender, just one afternoon of CPR tuition twice a year could save countless lives.

This petition is to try make Parliament implement a mandatory CPR training scheme across all secondary schools to try and help tackle Britain's biggest killer. Even one life saved would be worth it.
