GOVERNMENT SHOULD TIGHTEN LAWS ON NONE LEGAL LIGHTING ON CARS LORRIES.

WE THE UNDERSIGNED WANT THE GOVERNMENT TO TIGHTEN LAWS ON THE YOUNG DRIVERS CHANGING LAMP LENSES AND FITTING NONE LEGAL LIGHTS OF VARIOUS COLOUR, THE LAW STATES ONLY WHITE AT THE FRONT AND RED THE REAR WITH AMBER TURNING LIGHTS, SOME LENSES MAKE THE BRAKE LIGHTS SO DARK THEY LOOK LIKE SIDE LIGHTS, THESE THINGS COULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT AND MAY HAVE ALREADY, MANY PEOPLE MAINLY THE YOUNG DRIFT AWAY FROM THE HIGHWAY CODE ONCE THEY PASS THERE TEST CAUSING ISSUES TO ALL OTHERS.

THERE NEEDS TO BE A TICKET SYSTEM WHERE THEY GET POINTS AND A FIXED FINE.
