Review power of local authorities to ban likes of uber etc on grounds of safety
Prevent local councils like in Aberdeen from stopping companies like uber from operating citing archaic rules like knowledge exams etc.
It’s a significant safety risk for woman and other vulnerable groups, as taxi options are limited and not fit for a city of the size of Aberdeen. It’s clear the motives of the council are driven by influence and greed as opposed to what’s best for the city
