Investigate violation of Criminal Justice Act 1988 on HK Police
During HK Umbrella Revolution, We believed HK Police had violated the Human Rights Law and Criminal Justice Act 1988. One example is the police inappropriate using of British made tear-gas and pepper sprays on 928 protest.
We demand the following:
1. Termination of Training and Exchange programs of HK Police with UK Police Depts & Scotland Yard, but no restriction on fighting crimes co-operations thru Interpol.
2. Investigation and custody on involved HK Policemen, especially who holds British & HK Dual-citizenships police officers if evidences proven the violation of the CJA 1988, This restriction does not affect their right to land in Britain and Commonwealth's Lands.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
This is a police operational matter.
