Make it mandatory for all dogs to be on leads in public places.

Petition Details

We want to stop dogs being off lead in public places so that children are able to play freely. We think this would stop dogs off lead running up to other dogs that are on lead, which we feel causes unnecessary stress.

Additional Information

Councils should be funded to publicise and enforce the rules, including issuing fines.
