Petition Action

Require online retailers to name intended delivery company prior to transaction

Petition Details

We think that consumers should be able to make a decision to purchase goods online based on the delivery company that will be used, before the purchase is completed. We think that the number of parcels stolen/disappearing before delivery is increasing annually.

Additional Information

We think it’s wrong that consumers sometimes have to use delivery companies they don't trust. We think it’s the fairest way forward if people are able to decide who to buy from based on the courier company being proposed prior to purchasing the product.
