Review the regulation of solicitors

Petition Details

I believe that the Solicitor's Regulation Authority (SRA) guidance and power is limited. I believe some British solicitors wilfully abuse their powers to issue false claims, false evidence or use dangerous tactics to destroy innocent citizens in Court.

Additional Information

I believe there is a lack of know-how and resources on how to take action, especially by vulnerable citizens. I think the UK Govt needs to construct stronger penalties into a new law to protect us all, as well as the good solicitors who do exist in the UK.
