STOP THE TORTURE AND SLAUGHTER OF ROMANIAN AND SERBIAN DOGS!
To urge the immediate end to the torture, burning alive, skinning, and beating of street dogs in Romania and Serbia. This is totally vile and beyond inhumane.
We cannot stand by and look the other way!
