Review NHS Compensation for cases of negligence
I would like there to be a review into compensation for clinical negligence in the NHS, such as when an elderly person dies in a medical setting through neglect and carelessness. I think compensation is currently too low and unjust.
Families are left heartbroken and I think the compensation levels can be despicable.
