Abolish or Cap the Leasehold Fee
I would like parliament to vote on abolishing or Capping the Leasehold Fee that Owners of properties have to pay to management companies to stop them being greedy and putting the prices up to whatever they like.
I have just had my 2025 Leasehold Fee Pack and Fees for me and my Peers in my block and others have gone up by just shy of 48%.
This is ludicrous and it needs to stop immediately.
Me and my fellow neighbours have all put a complaint in to our management company and sent in to the housing Ombudsman to help solve this, However, we need Parliament to be on our side and make a difference.
Not just for us but for ALL Who Pay Leasehold Fees to greedy management companies.
