Maximise our impact on other countries by using only our highly trained and skilled diplomats to represent us.
Ban politicians being appointed.

Additional Information

We think politicians may have agendas which may not be in our country's best interests and may well have gaps in their expertise as compared with one of our career diplomats who has received extensive and expensive training and experience.
We think part of our population will feel unrepresented on the international stage by political appointments.
