Stop Peers From Voting

Additional Information

Peers within the House of Lords are not elected. Therefore they have no right to vote on issues, or to ratify legislation. By comparison North Korea appears to be a democratic wonderland. Peers could perform other, more useful tasks...such as streetsweeping.
