Ban ANPR use by other then the Police

Additional Information

Automatic Number Plate Recognition systems should only be used by the police or authorities. Today, ANPR is used by bailiff companies and private firms. This is privacy infringement and it’s important we highlight this issue. ANPR should only be used by the police.
