Dual the A15 Lincoln to M180
Upgrade the A15 from Lincoln risehome to the M180
There have been numerous accidents on this stretch of the A15 including multiple deaths.
This is a known roman road of which is not wide enough for the fanominal continuous us of ugv vehicles being a major route from the eastern docks to the main route south.
