For the purpose of sticking in the windows of our homes, our cars, our vans, and residencies, which can be purchased at government buildings throughout our constituencies at a minimal cost to cover the forming of a signature and address database signed by purchaser at these designated locations
when signed by the sticker purchaser, an agreement is struck that upon their signature at no period of their knowing within their being present at their disclosed address, their vehicle, or therefore whilst alive will any child ever be subjected to any of the crimes which are currently related to and accepted to be crimes committed by pedophiles, and child Murderers and if such action be proven against them they are willing to accept an empty cell in prison and pray for and welcome their death
