Change the amount of redundancy from 20 years maximum to full employment term.

Petition Details

I would like parliament and the government to change the rules regarding redundancy pay entitlement to account for the full years of employment, and not a maximum of 20 years.

Additional Information

I believe employers should be made by law to pay for every year of service. This could encourage the employer to look at other options to redundancy if the cost of doing it is increased.
