Ensure political funding is restricted to UK sources only.
Funding of UK political parties, current and prospective politicians by foreign governments, businesses, organisations and non-uk citizens should be disallowed. Only UK citizens or UK headquartered businesses and organisations should be allowed to finance uk politics.
For years there have been complaints about foreign interference in uk elections but nothing of substance has ever been done to address this. With the ever increasing threat of foreign interference from Russia, China and now the US, decisive action must be taken urgently.
