Conduct a national inquiry into child grooming rape gangs.
Inquiries addressed at a national level concerning the actions and shortcomings of local authorities, law enforcement agencies, the Crown Prosecution Service, and social services.
The British public along with the victims of these atrocious crimes, have a right to understand the complete truth and the underlying causes of the concealments and shortcomings. As Jess Phillips stated, "Everyone who is responsible for children must learn from past mistakes."
