Change the law so that convicted murderers may only be released from jail if the people they kill walk through the gates with them.
There is no punishment for any crime in this country any more, except for those who are beheaded for the crime of being a non-Muslim or a member of the Armed Forces. Anybody who kills somebody else should NEVER be released from prison. Even better, re-introduce capital punishment for capital crime!
