No public funding for the regeneration of riot torn locations.

Additional Information

Inner city rioting has once again occurred resulting in significant loss and damage to public and private property.
Such instances usually result in costly urban regeneration and a review of community assets for the good of local residents.
Bailing out these areas of London is costly and hasn't worked in the past. It serves to reward the behaviour of the criminals that participate in such unnecessary destruction.
