Ban drinking of alcohol in all public parks in United kindom

Additional Information

With anti social behaviour on the increase in our public parks in my personal opinion it's about time that the House of Commons start debating new legislation to outlaw the consuming of alcohol in our public parks in the United kindom thus allowing local goverment and police to levy on the spot fines on offenders.This will then lower crime in our public parks.The revenue from fines could then go to local councils.
