Hold a national public inquiry into the grooming of children by gangs.
Hold a national public inquiry instead of relying on the outcomes of local inquiries.
This would help us to understand, on a national level, the reasons for the crimes and how they were investigated, in order that the country as a whole may improve its prevention and handling of such crimes in the future.
