Petition Action

Launch an Independent and national inquiry into the UK grooming gangs.

Petition Details

I am writing to urge the government to commission an independent national inquiry into the crimes committed by grooming gangs across the UK. Cases like Rotherham reveal systemic failures that demand thorough investigation to deliver justice, restore public trust, and prevent future atrocities.

Additional Information

The government have the overriding responsibility to protect the people and the only was these issue can be resolved is independently through central government. Central government also has the power to bring people to account.

This inquiry is essential not only to uncover past failures but to protect future generations. A transparent, independent review will signal the government’s commitment to justice, accountability, and the protection of society’s most vulnerable.
