Require registration, mot, road tax and insurance for all e-bikes

Petition Details

Make all electric bikes subject to registration, mot, and road tax like requirements for other motorised vehicles. Also require riders of these bikes to be insured to do so.

Additional Information

There are too many incidents where electric bikes are riding on pavements and causing injury to pedestrians.
