Hold UK government national enquiry into grooming gangs and investigations.
Investigate circumstances of reported grooming gangs such as Oldham and Rochdale. How they were handled by police, local services, Crown prosecution service and successive uk governments.
It seems that singular party decision is not available to make enquiry appropriate over all services involved as above.
