Lesbian couple should be able to apply for a divorce based on adultery
Change the law that states that lesbians can not commit adultery due to lack of penetrative therefore allowing a lesbian to file for divorce under the ground of adultery
It's an inequality as lesbians are the only couples that can not file for divorce on this grounds
