As Ofcom and related comms watchdogs are ineffectual in this subject which has been a public annoyance for years, it's maybe time to legislate. Sick of PPI and boiler calls? You ignore "unknown calls" and now they divert the call via other countries to get round this? Pressed the relevant option on these calls to stop calls yet they still keep calling?
