Stop loud pop pop exhausts and stop ultra bright head lights.
Create regulation to control exhaust noise levels and brightness of headlights.
Waking up people in neighbourhoods at all hours, scaring animals and the elderly, making them jump, and could cause a heart attack. The headlights are blinding for oncoming drivers which can cause accidents.
