Withdraw the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill 2024-25
Urge government to withdraw the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill 2024-25. It threatens parental rights, privacy, and educational freedom by expanding state control over education choices, including home schooling.
The bill would lead to an overreach of state control into family education choices, imposing surveillance and reducing home schooling freedoms. It threatens privacy with child identifiers. Withdrawal would preserve educational choice, parental authority, and personal privacy.
