A full public inquiry into the child rape gangs
We ask His Majesty’s Government to undertake a full transparent public inquiry into the scale and response of the “grooming gang scandal”, including sexual exploitation of children by men, as emerged in Rotherham, Rochdale, Oxford ect.
To commission a full independent inquiry where all agencies are investigated and consider whether or not their responses were timely. It is now essential that the public and victims feel that genuine concerns around this are fully addressed. There must be lessons learnt and reassurances given that future responses must not be influenced by gender, religion, ethnicity ect.
