Set up a Task Force to tackle the activities of grooming gangs across the UK
It’s clear there is a grooming gang culture which is being allowed to exist, which is having devastating effects on families across the UK. A dedicated cross-party Task Force, supported by specialist agencies, should be created to root out these activities and deliver timely justice to all involved.

There is currently a Grooming Gangs Taskforce in operation. Established in April 2023, this police taskforce collaborates with all 43 police forces in England and Wales to combat child sexual exploitation and grooming gangs.
