Create BST and Double BST + UK different time zones
Add an hour to Greenwich Mean Time as the Standard Time and and add an extra hour to present British Summer time. To solve any 'Scottish' problem simply create a different time zone between England and Scotland. Other countries operate with different time zones within their boundaries.
