Put a legal limit on car headlight lumens.
I would like to start a petition and investigation into the legal and safe level of lumens allowed for car headlights.
I believe since the introduction of LED car headlights the roads have become unsafe. Cars with high lumens are blinding oncoming traffic and it should be investigated to find the maximum legal limit of lumens companies can manufacture cars at.
