Reinstate free shuttle bus between Blackburn and Burnley hospitals
Assist east Lancashire hospital trust in providing free transport for staff and visitors from
Burnley hospital to Blackburn hospital . It's needed and nessisary.
Provide funding that would allow the shuttle bus to continue . My friend was in blackburn hospital for 5 weeks last year , I was the only person able to visit her every day because of the shuttle bus . I wouldn't other wise have been able to afford to .my grandma died in blackburn hospital 7 years ago . At that time I couldn't have afforded public transport or taxi . The previous labour government promised when Burnley hospital services were reduced that free transport was an opinion for us and would be provided. The government must continue this service if elt cannot.
