All social workers to wear body cameras on visits
Require all social workers to wear body cameras when visiting parents to carry out assessments. We believe only video based evidence should be used in court hearings. This should ensure reports are accurate and decisions made on the basis of hard evidence.
We believe, the family courts favour the professionals over many parents, and especially first-time parents and those that suffer with mental health problems. We believe current decision-making is unfair, and that mandatory body cameras for social workers would help ensure fair, evidence-based judgements.
