Spence Street Swimming pool,thought to be one of the highest revenue accumulating recreational centre for the council and we DEMAND for improvements
We are asking the users of Spence St Swimming pool,LE5 3NW to sign this petition & bring to the attention of Leicester City Council,Our local Councilors,Mp's and department of funding to personally Visit the centre at Peak times and inspect the current appalling condition of the Washing,Showering,toilets & changing room area's.To also acknowledge how deteriorated, worn out the facilities and the current condition of the centre as a whole. We also ask for facilities to be upgraded by implementing state of the art highest quality equipment,extend our pools,redesign the whole of the centre to facilitate more shower cubicles in the ladies rooms, to be able to have partitioning in the shower areas for privacy with little children,W.C facilities are disgusting and need to increase in numbers. We also ask for Air conditioning to be available in the reception areas and waiting areas-as in Hot days it gets ridiculously suffocating with the temperature of the centre being too hot to breath in!
