Close the child maintenance payment loophole for parents working abroad

Petition Details

We believe there is loophole for that allows non-resident parents who work abroad to avoid child maintenance payments and we want the Government to take action to stop this.

Additional Information

We want the Government to put a policy in place to protect maintenance payments from parents who work abroad to protect children that may face poverty as a result of non-payment.
