Hold a referendum on whether to allow devolution plans to go ahead
To hold a referendum and to allow the people to have their say on whether they want these devolution plans to go ahead or not.
It's not fair that the goverment think they can make such a big decision about reforming our councils and our democratic election system without first asking the people if they even want this. This is too big a decision to simply think that goverment knows best. 'No taxation without representation'
