Any Government department who fail to respond to freedom information requests then that minister should resign

Additional Information

Freedom of information requests made to the government are ignored and very often suffer serious delays in replies, an example of this is the seven month wait I have had to have my request dealth with and it is still outstanding. I therefore think that a Government minister should be made to resign if they continually miss the deadlines for replying to Freedom of Information Requests.
