Additional Information

Licensing for HMOs to be more detailed , stop Anti social behaviour ! Loud music restrictions even in the day and homes should preferably be detached or within areas /groups of HMOs NOT next door to privately owned family homes !!! Also to be licensed whether they are three storeys or not
