Reintroduce capital punishment for heinous crimes.
Reintroduction of capital punishment for heinous crimes. The crime would need to reach certain requirements (special circumstances), and after guilt is found the jury would decide between life without parole or capital punishment.
Some crimes are so heinous that the ultimate punishment is moral and just. I would like Government/ Parliament to hold a referendum regarding this.
