Additional Information

I would like the law on succession to a property changing.
We are currently faced with the horrendous task of clearing out our mother/grandmothers home to hand the keys back to Tamworth borough council.
this has been a family home for more than 35 years. All we are asking is one if family take the tenancy over to keep it in the family.
