Ban MPs from using mobile phones whilst in the chamber of the House of Commons.
Ban the use of mobile phones in the House of Commons chamber whilst in session.
It is not compatible with concentrating or listening to important debates and issues, and is fundamentally rude and disrespectful behaviour.
