Give a public a referendum of the reintroduction of capital punishment in uk
Punishment for the most heinous crimes are not severe enough within the UK justice system, many other sentences are too short and prisons have become a place to pacify prisoners to serve their time rather than being a disciplined deterrent, a place they would not wish to return.
Start by giving the people the decision in a national referendum on the reintroduction of the death penalty within UK law, its time the people decide, when it is beyond reasonable doubt, it should be considered.
