Petition Action

Dissolve parliament, and call a General Election

Petition Details

Despite the fact that a previous petition regarding a general election has been run, I would like to request on behalf of all who sign that Keir Starmer dissolve parliament and call a new election, with manifestos based in truth and promises which will be kept, by all parties who make them.

Additional Information

Following the action taken under government direction following the Southport tragedy, there is zero confidence to be had in the current Labour government. They have let down our elderly, our farmers, our businesses, and our children. Our borders are a free-for-all, and our tolerance is being abused and taken for weakness.
We are tired, and we have had enough. We want a Government which we CAN trust.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.

You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
