Registering crossbows and their bolts

Additional Information

To regulate the sale, use and transfer of crossbows, bolts, bows, arrows and black widow slingshots. To introduce identification numbers on all arrows and bolts that can be traced to the owner. Also to introduce a form for transfer of ownership for when such items are sold on.
