Amend the Mobile Homes (Site Rules) (England) Regulations 2014
Make it a statutory duty for Local Authorities that have issued Residential Mobile home Site Licences to publish on the Site Rules Register the full text of any site rules deposited with them in accordance with the Regulations rather than only the name of the site and owner who has deposited them.
Currently the Regulations only require Local Authorities to publish a Register of Mobile Home Sites where Site Rules have been issued and deposited with the Local Authority. They are not required to publish the text of the rules on the Register. This makes it difficult for residents and prospective purchasers to access the site rules that have been properly constituted and agreed in accordance with the Regulations.
